Switching to Superloop

  1. Check your phone is unlocked and works on the Telstra network, because Superloop uses it. Look at the coverage map for the places you live and work.
  2. Keep your number: ask Superloop to move it when you sign up, and don't cancel your old plan first. Your old provider texts a code to confirm, and the move is usually done the same day.
  3. Pay up front: it's prepaid, so you recharge before you start. The smallest first payment is $25 (Superloop 15GB), then $25 every 30 days.
  4. None of the 5 Superloop plans we track has a lock-in contract, so you can leave without a fee.
  5. eSIM (no plastic SIM) is listed on 5 of 5 plans, so you can switch on the spot with a compatible phone.
  6. Our data says that if your data runs out it stops until the next recharge or month, with no extra charge.
